LabVIEW is a powerful and intuitive language, as well as other programming languages, LabVIEW works with different data types. These data types can be identified by the color and format of your wire.
LabVIEW represents numeric data as integers, fixed-point numbers, unsigned integers, floating-point numbers, and complex numbers. Single and Double precision numbers as well as Complex numeric data is represented with the color orange in LabVIEW, and Integer numeric data is represented with the color blue.
